1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HireFunFair.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Role as a Broker
HireFunFair acts as a brokerage service connecting event organisers (Hirers) with attraction owners (Suppliers). We are NOT the owner or operator of the rides and attractions listed on this site.
3. Bookings and Payments
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a booking. Contracts are formed directly between the Hirer and the Supplier. HireFunFair is not a party to any contract between Hirer and Supplier and is not responsible for the performance or lack thereof of either party.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, descriptions, images, and prices of attractions are provided for illustrative purposes. Suppliers are responsible for the final details of their services.
5. Limitation of Liability
HireFunFair shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of attractions hired via our referral service. Hirers are encouraged to verify supplier insurance and safety documents before finalising any agreement.
